Most people at some point in their lives experience a need for change. The desire for change often opens the door for healing and growth. Many times this opportunity comes to us unexpectedly in the form of a crisis.
Substance abuse, divorce, death of a love one, job loss, depression, illness, anxiety, or trauma can come knocking on everyone’s door at some point in life.
Usually right when you want to be feeling positive and happy you are instead feeling loneness, sadness, anger, or even shame causing you to wonder “what’s going on with me?”
Our goal is to guide and facilitate you through the process of healthy healing and growth. We help Tłı̨chǫ Citizens work through issues in a compassionate and down-to-earth manner and provide confidential and culturally sensitive counselling.
We specialize in a relational, client-focused approach to counselling – and we are experienced in working with people who want to develop healthy, meaningful lives and relationships. We are certified with our respective professional associations.
