The Tłı̨chǫ Climate Change Knowledge Centre is working together with Smartice to bring Ice Safety Awareness to the Tłı̨chǫ Communities prior to the Winter Road Season. Please join us on Wednesday January 15, 2025 from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at the Wekweètì Youth Centre, to participate in the discussion and share your observations and concerns regarding climate change and ice safety. Dinner and refreshments will be served.

The Community Leadership from Behchokò, Whatì, Wekweètì, and Gamètì are invited to participate and represent their community.

Please also welcome the invited guests Travis Washie, Trevor Bell, Rob Briggs, and GNWT Winter Road Staff who will be talking about Smartice and Ice Safety.

The healthy babies & healthy families program supports and provides information to expecting mothers, postnatal, and children ages 0-6.

This program provides opportunity for families to come together and engage in baking/cooking, craft, child development, and Tłı̨chǫ way of life activities.

  • Printing your Notices of Assessment (NOA), income tax slips, and other letters.
  • Updating personal information (address, phone number, direct deposit, change of name, etc.).
  • Accessing and unlocking your CRA My Account.
  • Answering questions about your personal income taxes and benefits/ credits.

**Please be sure to come prepared with a current government-issued photo ID, as well as your Social Insurance Number.
