Individuals who cannot vote at the advance poll or on election day may ask someone else to cast their vote on their behalf.
A person who votes on behalf of another must be an eligible voter and have written permission on the official form.
A person can serve as a proxy for three (3) voters only.
The completed form must be submitted to the Returning Officer by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.
Note:
Only Tłı̨chǫ citizens who are eligible voters can serve as proxies for the Chief's Election.
For the Councillors' Election, any eligible voter can be a proxy.
