NOTICE- APPLICATION TO AUTHORIZE PROXY VOTER for the Election of Chief and Councillors are available Individuals who cannot vote at the advance poll or on election day may ask someone else to cast their vote on their behalf. A person who votes on behalf of another must be an eligible voter and have written permission on the official form. A person can serve as a proxy for three (3) voters only. A person can serve as a proxy for three (3) voters only.

The completed form must be submitted to the Returning Officer by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

Note:

Only Tłı̨chǫ citizens who are eligible voters can serve as proxies for the Chief's Election.

For the Councillors' Election, any eligible voter can be a proxy.
