The Community Government of Behchokǫ̀ (CGB) is continuing its work to plan for the expansion of the community north of Rae with a new residential development. Building on earlier studies and feedback, we're now returning to share the preliminary concept of the new subdivision and gather your insights.

• Overview of work completed to date, including the community survey, the geotechnical survey, and the subdivision design.
• The new conceptual layout and how the proposed concept reflects community priorities.
• Updates on the planning process and future steps for development.
