The Tłı̨chǫ Winter Road to Whatì is now open to a maximum Gross Vehicle Weight of 27,000 Kilograms.

• Please watch for and slow down at rough areas on the portages and slow down when meeting oncoming traffic.
• Please note the maximum speed limit throughout the Tłı̨chǫ Winter Road system is 50 Km/h.

The Gamètì Winter Road is under construction and may open to public traffic early next week.
