Tlicho Agreement Course offered to Tlicho Government Staff
Staff from the Tlicho government spent four days examining the Tlicho history from the days of Yamozah to the signing of the Tlicho Land Claim and Self Government Agreement.
Guest speakers included James Wahshee, Ted Blondin and John B Zoe. Course was facilitated by Wendy Stephenson.
Part Two of the Course will focus on the negotiation process of the Agreement and the Agreement itself.
