Gamètì Community Safety Plan - Open House - July 15-17

Join us on July 15-17, 2025 from 5pm to 9pm at the Gamètì Community Hall

Community Safety Plan

The Justice and Victim Services Division of the Client Services Department is supporting the Gamètì Community Safety Plan (CSP). We invite you to share your feedback as we develop the CSP for the next four years. This initiative aims to help the community identify safety risks and crime prevention strategies, ultimately creating a safety community plan. The process is led by community members, with support from Public Safety Canada and Indigenous facilitators.

The Gamèti Core Group will host an Open House focused on community safety from July 15 to 17, dinner will be served from 5 PM 6 PM and forum will follow until 9 PM, at the community gym. All community members are invited to attend, explore information tables, share a meal, and provide their input on the Community Safety Plan for the next four years.
