U of VIC: Issues, Principles and Best Practices in Language Revitalization - LING 180B - (1.5 Units)

Would you like to earn a Certificate in Indigenous Languages Revitalization? LING 180B is one of many courses to take towards completing the program. This course introduces contemporary issues, principles, and practice models in the revival, maintenance and revitalization of Indigenous languages in Canada and around the world. Students will learn to identify community assets supporting individual, family, and community language revitalization.
