Canada Revenue Agency:
- Help updating information like address, contact information or date of death.
- Assist with various benefits and credits such as: GST/HST Credit, Climate Action Incentive Payment, and Canada Child Benefit.
- Help clients understand letters from CRA
- Obtaining tax slips for those years that need to be filed
Service Canada:
- Obtain Social Insurance Number (SIN)**
- Assist with Employment Insurance (EI), claims, and applications
- Assist with Pension Programs: Retirement, Old Age Security (OAS), Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS), Canada Pension Plan (CPP), Disability and Survivors
**For SIN requests, please bring your birth certificate, certificate of Indian Status and any other forms of federal or provincial identification you may have.
