Client Services Department of the Tłı̨chǫ Government would like to congratulate the Northern Youth Aboard (NYA) on winning the 2019 Arctic Inspiration Prize Laureate, for the Northern Compass Project last week on February 5, 2020, in Ottawa, Ont.
Tłı̨chǫ Government is one of partners on the project and Client Services Department looks forward to supporting the Northern Youth Aboard with the Northern Compass Project.
Masi to NYA alumna Patti Wedawin, a Tłı̨chǫ Citizen and ONE recipient, who represented Tłı̨chǫ Government, at the award ceremony.
Northern Compass will provide Northern youth with tailored support and tools that will allow them to overcome the barriers that many Northern youth currently face when transitioning from high school to post-secondary education (PSE).
