The Tłı̨chǫ Government was invited to participate at the conference in Vancouver to support the Government of the Northwest Territories as they promote the north and northern economic opportunities. The Tłı̨chǫ Government had opportunities to talk to many industry leaders about the importance of our land, culture and people and we understand that economic opportunities lead to social well being of our Tlicho people.

The Tłı̨chǫ booth saw many people and the Tłı̨chǫ drummers were very popular, this type of conference provides southerners to see and hear about our nation and future opportunities in the Tłı̨chǫ region.
