Have you seen this bird?? Red-winged Blackbird
What: Researchers from Environment & Climate Change Canada are conducting a study to determine how Red-winged Blackbirds use local resources for reproduction across North America.
How: They will be collecting eggs from nests (1 egg/nest) and studying their composition.
Where: Red-winged Blackbirds are sometimes found nesting in dense aquatic vegetation around wetlands, lakes and borrow (gravel) pits.
When: Late May to early June are the best times to sample eggs.
