As of 4:00 PM today (Feb 05) the Tlicho Winter Road to Whatì is open to 5,000 kilograms maximum gross vehicle weight.

Although the speed limit on the winter road is 50 Km/h, please watch and slow down for very rough areas on Marian Lake with reduced speeds in some locations to 30 Km/h.

Please watch for construction and maintenance equipment working on the winter road portages.
