Tłı̨chǫ Government Award luncheon was held on Friday, November 25, 2016 at the Behchokǫ̀ Culture Centre.  Celebrating the remarkable lives of Chief Jimmy Bruneau and Jimmy Martin for preserving and enhancing the Tłı̨chǫ Way of Life.

• Steven Villebrun, accepts the award on behalf of his late grandfather, Chief Jimmy Bruneau, of Behchokǫ̀ for the Lifetime Achievement Award. 
• Rose Anna Martin, accepts the award on behalf of her late husband, Jimmy Martin, of Behchokǫ̀ for the Education and Health Award.

The next Award Ceremony, will be: 

•  February 23, 2017 - Whatì for Dora Nitsiza, for the Culture Heritage and Spirituality Award. 

2017 nomination forms are available at all Tłįchǫ Government offices and at www.tlicho.ca. The deadline for nominations is March 31, 2017.
