To enter any of the categories for the contest. All you need to do is upload a video/photo to Facebook Using #TlichoStrong. Make sure you add what community you are living in and state what category you are entering and your age group. If an elder doesn’t have Facebook, please upload for them and make sure you add their information to the post. You also need to make sure your post is under the comment section. If you are entering the contest, you have to be okay with your video/photo being made public. The most likes on Facebook will win the contest. 

The Contest will be open until November 19, 2021. Once it closes, we will leave it open for a week for the public to vote on them. Once the week is past we will post the winners for each category and age group. 

Contest is based on how many “likes” your photo or video receives.
