Regional Foraging Internship & Behchokǫ̀ Summer Foraging

Client Services Department is offering Foraging training for individuals interested in employment opportunities that involve the harvesting of wild plants and berries.

  1. Foraging Internship – a 27-day (8 hours per day) Foraging and Agriculture internships at Laughing Lichen’s wilderness facilities and learning centre, located near Yellowknife. As this is a working Internship.  Must have a valid Drivers License and completed Criminal Record Check.
  2. Behchokǫ̀ Summer Training Employment - Participants will be compensated for their harvest at the end of each training day.  8 positions available. The workshop will be held outdoors on the land, near Behchokǫ̀.  Learn about sustainable harvesting of wild plants and berries.
