10 New Professional Development Courses Now Available through MacEwan University and Tłı̨c̨hǫ Government Partnership
Treaty Status holders from the four Tłı̨c̨hǫ communities (Behchokǫ,̀ Whatı̀, Gamètì and Wekweètì) can now participate and receive certificates for a selection of professional development and post secondary programs. These programs are provided by MacEwan University School of Continuing Education and fully funded by the Tłı̨c̨hǫ Government, with limited seats available.
Apply early, as some course registration deadlines are as early as February 20, 2024. The program provides courses such as Executive Assistant, Creative Business, Leadership, Office Management, Change Management, Project Management, Team Management, Conflict Management, Microsoft Excel, and Financial Literacy.
This is a great opportunity to improve job prospects through education, and courses range from just 21 to 42 hours. MacEwan University also provides student support services such as tutoring, weekly check-ins, and social events to ensure student success.
