Tlicho Communities Residents’ Invitation to ask questions of the TCSA Board
TCSA Board holds scheduled meetings each year. Due to COVID-19 and the current guidance from the NWT Office of the Chief Public Health Officer, there are some changes to the format of our board meetings. At this time, there will be no TCSA community rotation visits during board meetings until further notice.
Tlicho community residents wanting to ask questions of the TCSA Board must submit their question(s) in writing.
Questions can be submitted:
- In advance by 16:00 on the Friday preceding the board meeting during the following week to this email address: [email protected]
- Next TCSA Board meeting : December 1-3, 2020 8:30 to 16:30
At the meeting:
- TCSA Board will read, review the submitted question(s) and respond or direct the questions to leadership for response.
- TCSA Board and leadership will answer questions based on the order in which they were received.
After the meeting:
- Members of the public who have submitted a question will receive a written response within 15 business days.
- In circumstances where more information is required to answer a question, a written response will be provided at a later date.
