Please be advised the Tłı̨chǫ Winter Roads are on 72 hours’ notice of Closure for the Season.

 

Please be advised that due to warm weather forecasted throughout the Tłı̨chǫ Region, all Tłı̨chǫ Winter Roads will be restricted to Night Travel only, starting April 20th at 10:00 PM. 

Traffic will not be permitted during day time hours from April 20th onward. Traffic will only be permitted on the winter roads from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM. 

 

The Tłı̨chǫ Winter Road to Whatı̀ is open to 40,000 kilograms GVW.   

 

The Tłı̨chǫ Winter Road to Gamètı̀ is open to 40,000 kilograms GVW.  Please watch for and slow down at a single lane section at Km 70 on Moose Lake.

 

The Tłı̨chǫ Winter Road to Wekweètı̀ is open to 33,000 kilograms.
