Canada Learning Bond: It’s free money!
Come to the Canada Learning Bond Open House on May 12 in Yellowknife to find out if your child qualifies for $2,000 in free money for their post-secondary education.
The NWT Literacy Council is hosting this event at Northern United Place from 3 pm until 7 pm. There will be some banks there to answer your questions about:
- Canada Learning Bond
- Registered Retirement Savings Plans
Service Canada will help you apply for a Social Insurance Number for your child. We wll provide a child’s play area and food.
Students are more likely to finish high school and go on to post secondary education if there are savings set aside to support them.
