Notice is given to the voters of Behchokǫ̀ that nominations for Two (2) Councillors open on Wednesday. June 9th, 2022 and closes on  Monday, June 27. 2022 at 3:00 pm. 

The By-Election is scheduled for Monday,  July 25th, 2022. 

Councillor positions MUST be filled by eligible candidates who are Tłı̨chǫ Citizens and the remaining positions MAY be filled by any eligible candidate. 

Nomination papers including eligibility criteria for candidates can be picked up from the office of the Returning Officer located in the  Administration Office of the Kó Gocho Centre starting Monday, June 13th, 2022 at 9:00 am and returned to the Returning Officer by 3:00 pm on Monday, June 27th, 2022.
