Drop by the office to see a CRA Outreach officer for in-person support on the following services:

• Printing your Notices of Assessment (NOA), income tax slips, and other letters.
• Updating personal information (address, phone number, direct deposit, change of name, etc.).
• Accessing and unlocking your CRA My Account.
• Answering questions about your personal income taxes and benefits/credits.

**Please be sure to come prepared with a current government issued photo

ID, as well as your Social Insurance Number
