Students who attended St. Joseph's came from communities across the Northwest Territories. These communities and related extended families are in the process of being identified through the compilation of names taken from St. Joseph's quarterly reports, Roman Catholic Church records, and, of course, additional "Indian Affairs" correspondence, among other sources.With the intent of honouring loved ones and uncovering the truth, DKFN is inviting people who attended the school, or whose relatives attended the school, to contact Linda Vanden Berg ([email protected] / +1-250-656-1050) or Jennifer Robinson (1-250-818-9310) to arrange an interview either in person, by Zoom, or by telephone.
