EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Water/Sewage Truck Driver

The Community Government of Behchokǫ̀ is seeking Water/Sewage Truck Driver’s position. The Sewage Truck Driver reports directly to the Supervisor of Water and Sewage Department and is responsible for sewage collection services in order to ensure that residents’ sewage is transported to the appropriate wastewater treatment facility.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of truck equipment safety;
  • Knowledge of scheduling system and procedures;
  • Ability to read and write to record collections and maintain daily records;
  • Good time management skills;
  • Up-to-date immunization;
  • Must hold a valid Class 3 Driver’s License with Air Breaks.

Experience in Water and Sewage Delivery and Collection would be an asset.
