This law adopts and approves the budget for the Tłįchǫ Government for the period of April 1, 2016 – March 31, 2017.  

Tłįchǫ Assembly Rules of Order

Date: September 22, 2015

Tłįchǫ are a united people and believe in collective responsibility. Tłįchǫ unity is based on preserving, protecting and promoting the Tłįchǫ  language culture and way of life. Consensus decision-making process is the Traditional Tłįchǫ governance system and the Tłįchǫ Government shall abide by this tradition. All Tłįchǫ leaders are role models and leaders must act in the most respectful manner. Tłįchǫ  leaders shall follow the principles of the Tłįchǫ Constitution, Tłįchǫ Agreement and Tłįchǫ Laws.

Tłįchǫ Government Audited Financial Statements for April 1, 2014 - March 31, 2015 Law

Date: July 9, 2015

This law adopts and approves the Audited Financial Statements for the Tłįchǫ Government for the period of April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015.

Tłįchǫ Government Budget Law 2015-2016

Date: April 1, 2015

This law adopts and approves the budget for the Tłįchǫ Government for the period of April 1, 2015 – March 31, 2016.  

Amendment to Capital Transfers Protection Law 2015

Date: February 19, 2015

This law amends section 12 of the Capital Transfers Protection Law by increasing the number of trustees from five to seven.

Amendment to the Tłįchǫ Investment Corporation Administration Law 2015

Date: February 19, 2015

This law allows TIC to determine its own structure and appoint the senior officers of the Corporation in consultation with the CEC.  The law also determined that the majority of Board of Directors shall be Tłįchǫ Citizens.
